I receive the following error on the reboot, after installing the 22h2 update.
"0xC1900101 - 0x20017 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS with an error during the BOOT operation."
- I've disabled or removed VMWare tools, and tried.
- This is being attempted on 2 different H/W computers, both running Windows 10, with 22h2 updates installed, and the latest version of Workstation Pro (17.0.1) installed. Both Windows VMs are running Windows 10 1909, and get the same error.
- The windows VMs have been upgraded to Workstation version 17.0.1 VMs.
- I have over 30 GB free space on VMs.
- Everything is properly "licensed".
- I've run chkdsk and dism properly...
Any ideas on how to get the VM's, to update past windows 10 1909???? The hardware is fine because it's already running 22h2.
