I have ensured Hyper-V is disabled and removed from Windows but I still receive this error.

At what point do you get the error? (screenshots are generally helpful)

Please see the details below:

"Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Datacenter"

Version

"10.0.17763 N/A Build 17763"

Error Description:

VMware Workstation and Hyper-V are not compatible. Remove the Hyper-V role from the system before running VMware Workstation
