As this the first time I'm using VMWare Workstation.
Could i be advised on what is the best practice for the following:
Should VMWare Workstation and my OS Drive install in the same partition ?
Where should i keep my VMWare images (.vmx) for opening in VMWare Workstation ? (External Drives ? Store together with OS Drive ?)
Last question, my current set up is that both my VMWare Workstation and OS are installed in SSD Drive.
Due to SSD drive space limitation, I've kept all (.vmx) files (Approximately 500gb now with multiple system images) on a separate external HDD Drive and i feel the performance is being degraded as compared to SSD.
