VMWare HyperVisor 3.5 and VMWare Infrastructure 2.5

Hi,

I have a problem in  opening console from VMWare Infrastrucure client 2.5. Anybody can help me to resolve this issue

Installed VMware HyperVisor V3.5 on HP DL380 G7 Server machine.
Installed VMware VSphere Client V4.1 & VMware Infrastructure Client 2.5 on HP Windows 7 Machine.
Successfully added the virtual machine into inventory and powered on the machine.
When tried to open the console, it comes with blank screen. Didn't see any error and log. How to resolve this issue.

Note: I followed KB , but it didnt responds.

Try to reinstall clinet on your Windows 7 PC.

Downlaod it from Web Client.
