VMWare Fusion 3 migration to Windows VMWare Workstation

I have a mac running VMWare Fusion 3. It has one Windows virtual machine which runs the company's quickbooks. Can this Widnows virtual machine be moved easily to a Windows Machine running the latest version of VMWare Workstation?
