VM freezes

during the last couple of weeks I'm facing a problem with a vitual machine, it is continuosly jam.

it freeze and no way to recover it. noway to sedn ctrl+alt+del, nothing it stops and doesn't work anymore.

any suggests about it ?

workstation pro 16

VMTN has an area for Workstation Pro, a moderator should be along to move your thread there - this has nothing to do with a specific vSphere security advisory.

at the moment I remove from my virtual machine setup the set of the shared folder, working on the C drive of the virtual machine.

in this way it works but definetly not happy about vmware workstation pro.
