You can have multiple VMs connected to the same virtual network, so that's not an issue.
Does the Win7 VM receive a DHCP lease from the NAT subnet (assuming its guest OS network is configured for DHCP)?
In doubt, post the output of ipconfig /all for the Win 7 guest.

The configuration seems to be ok.
Are you able to ping the host virtual adapter (vmnet8) on IP address 192.168.18.1 from your VMs. Please note that this may require to allow incoming ICMP traffic in the Windows 10 host's firewall settings.

Is there a new version of VMware Workstation Pro available? Last time I had this issue I upgraded to a newer verion and that fixed the Internet Connectivity.

Out of curiosity, can you please see whether ping 8.8.8.8 works on the VM?
I'm trying to understand, whether it's a NAT issue, or e.g. some name resolution (DNS) issue.

I have reported a couple of months ago that NAT is not working on Workstation 16. It is just loosing packets at some random times. But no responses on my post.

When for a prior to Workstation 12, I reported that NAT was loosing packets and causing not closure of TCP connections. It was fixed pretty quickly, but my latest report has no replies.

See the reported issue:
