I have a kali-linux distro VM running on VM-ware. I am posting the same question on the kali forum. The issue is that my kali display keeps downscaling to a resolution of 800x600. I have no specific time or moment that it downsizes it.
It looks like this:
My display scaling setting in Vmware are set to; Stretch mode - Free strech.
Example 2:
I have switched the display settings in Kali to 1900x1200. This is how it looks now:
Anyone an idea why it keeps switching back to 800x600?
