Experiencing a very odd problem
VMWare Workstation 9
Windows 7 Host
Windows 2008 R2 Guest
Using bridged networking
The guest has been successfully given IP Address 192.168.1.30 by my router.
This can be pinged by any other machine on the network EXCEPT the HOST.
The guest can ping any machine on the network EXCEPT the HOST.
So oddly the guest can communicate with all machines EXCEPT the HOST.
Have disabled firewall on the host and this has made not differences.
Have re-installed the VMWare bridge service.
Have re-set to defaults in VMWare network editor.
Have bound only to single network adapter on the host.
Any ideas?
