VM Crashes Persistently

I am running Windows Server 2003 on a VM workstation 6.5

Host Operating System Windows XP.

My VM crashes all the time.

I get following message in the log file.

Panic: dropping lock (was bug 49968)

Feb 19 15:14:17.296: mks| NOT_IMPLEMENTED d:/build/ob/bora-185404/bora/mks/main/mksWin32.c:2582

Tried searching Google for the error. Only resolution I found was setting 16 bit color. But both my host and VM is using 32 bit color.

Created a brand new VM and still have same problem.

Please help.

No, I am not running out of diskspace. I have about 90 GB available. Also there 3 GB RAM in my machine and I have allocated 1GB to my VM.
