where can I find step by step installation guid for VDI

VDI is not a product but only a "solution" for Enterprise Desktop.

The VMware product is called VMware View.

But you can't install it on a Workstation, you need VC and ESX.

what are the packages I need to download and install to get VDI up and running, because by the time I start riding admin pdf I can download the packages.

Already i am ruuning 4 host with ESX 3.5 and one command view server. Now i am planning to install VMware View, can you please tell me how to proceed for this and what are the software i need to download further to migrate my desktop.
