Using SD Card Reader in guest (WIn 10 host)

How can I add the SD card reader built into my laptop under VM Worksatation 15.5 (Windows) as supported hardware? I need it to function as a removable device within the guest.

Under Windows, the card reader itself is identified as a realtek PCIE Card Reader  (A memory technlogy device).  When a card is mounted, it is listed in the hardware manager as a disk drive (SDHC).

Not sure about removable device but I suppose you can add it as a physical disk.

appreciate the post, but as stated, loking for a solution that is not a "fixed" hard drive solution.  Need to be able to pop the card in and out.

If it isn't seen as a USB device, I'm not sure it will be possible.
