Use hosts physical network adapter

I need full access from my virtual machine to hosts physical networkadapter,

because of UDP Broadcasts which wont work with NAT.

And unfornutately I can't use bridge mode,

because my host machine will not get an additional IP-Adress from DHCP-Server in our LAN.

So how is it possible to use hosts physical network-card directlly in my virtual machine as network device?

My aim is that the virtual machine is connected to the LAN with host IP-Adress.

Thank you in advanced

Wolfi

thank you for reply. The problem is, that in (our) LAN only one per PC IP is delivered. The use of a second IP for a bridged mode NIC isn't allowed by network administrator.

Is the direct use of hosts physical network card in a virtual machine an allowed and possible option of VWWare Workstation/Player ?

Complete physical control is only possible with usb nics.
