If I update my host running Windows XP to Windows Vista, will I have to re-install Workstation 6.5. This will allow us to use memory over 4GB.
Thanks.

Yes (just reinstall over the existing to fix new Vista configurations).
This will allow us to use memory over 4GB.
This depends by your architecture, not by the OS.
If you use a 32 bit OS is not possible to have more the 4GB per process.

You can't upgrade from XP 32-bit to Vista 64-bit. You need to do a backup of your stuff,
a fresh install and restore your stuff.

Thanks. It worked exactly the way you suggested.
You're welcome.
