Upgraded to VMWare 15.5 & now getting error "Failed to power on the VM"

Can someone tell me if i need to edit the .vmx  file & some values needs to be modified.

Virtualization is turned on , after trying 10-15 times it turns on, but 90% of the time its not working. Services are also enabled.

This is ridiculous & frustrating. I guess it's time to switch over to virtualbox or better HyperV.

Can you please attach ui log (the location can be obtained from Help > About VMwar Workstation) and vmware.log from your VM directory?

And, which version were you upgrading from?

Thanks for writing back..Hope you can help me here. I remember last time i ended up with the same problem, had to edit some changes in the .vmx file...I dont remember it exactly but made something from false to true.

Have shared the Logs with you & i removed 15.0 & donwloaded 15.5 from vmware website,
