Upgrade from 14 to 14.1 failed

reason for failure was unsupported CPU

I checked the recommended hardware and I appear to be compliant

intel xeon 2.6 Ghz 2 processors

not sure how a minor upgrade from 14 to 14.1 would cause such a problem or a hardware compatibility issue

opened ticket with support but just checking to see if anyone has run into this issue and resolved it

will update with solution if I find one

I checked the Support Case and looks like you are using an Xeon E5540 2 processors @ 2.83 Ghz. Please note processor [Xeon E5540] send by you is not among the supported list with Workstation 14 Pro. Its was launched in March 2009 and Workstation 14 Pro supports processors launched in 2011 or later
