Unable to get network adapters to work - CentOS6.7

I was able to configure and activate 3 adapters, NAT, Bridged, and Host Only.  I wanted to download Linux OS upgrades from the repository (via yum)  but am getting unable to resolve the repository URL.  Cannot ping it either.  I just created this CentOS Basic server -  and let the  OS build.  What do you suppose I have overlooked?

additional info:  On server, I can ifconfig  and display IP addresses for eth0 NAT,  eth1 Bridged and  eth2 Host Only.  I can SSH PuTTY login to the OS from the host using these IPs.  But while on the CentOS server, the command

yum list updates  results in the error -->  unable to resolve  the repos URL -

I created another VM, this time a Desktop, and I edited the NAT adapter to automatically connect.  That fixed everything. Sorry to bother you.
