I wanted to create a virtual machine but it showed up the error Unable to create a new virtual machine: No permission to perform this operation can somebody help pls

It looks like you're running VMware Workstation on a PC, not VMware Fusion on the Mac. 

I've asked a moderator to move this to the VMware Workstation  forum.
