Unable to convert Linux Physical server to Virtual its failing

Hi All,

Am using VMware Converter 5.0 Version to convert Linux Physical Server to Virtual , it is running and at 99% stage it is getting failed with the error message

Failed : An error occurred during the Conversion :' InitrdNativePatcher failed to generate initrd Image

Does any one came access this error message, and how did you resolved it.
