Unable to connect to the MKS

After upgrading to VW Pro 17 I'm getting Error: Unable to connect to the MKS: Failed to launch the MKS client: Access is denied. when connected to the VCenter server and trying to open a console to any of the VM's.

This was working prior to the upgrading from 16.  Nothing in our Vsphere environment has changed.  VCenter 6.7 and host on either 6.5 or 6.7

I have tried removing and reinstalling VW.  The remote console works from the webclient but it is really convenient use the console in VW.

Anyone else?

I get a slightly different dialog popping up.  "Unable to connect to the MKS: Failed to launch the MKS client: The system cannot find the file specified."

It was working this morning using VMWare Workstation 16.x then I upgraded to version 17.0 and now cannot access the vSphere server.

I got the same error after upgrading from WorkStation 15 Pro.

The solution for me was to uninstall WorkStation 17 Pro and install Workstation 16 Pro.
