Unable to clone a VM

When I try to FULL clone a VM, I get the following error. The VM can have linked clones and starting and stopping the parent/child VMs have no issues.  I have also tried disk clean up, which did not help. Can anyone help?

Also, tried exporting to OVF, which also failed with some similar error.

VMware Communities is a user forum, where users help one another.

Perhaps nobody else has encountered the same issue.

I can't answer, but you might want to provide the basic info:

Workstation version, Host OS and version, guest OS of the VM you are trying to clone.  Host Filesystem the VM resides on.  And any error log info created when the error occurs.
