I've found that if I wake my Ubuntu 12.04, x64 box from a suspended state, then start a guest VM (Win XP), my Ubuntu either totally locks up or reboots. Anyone else encounter this problem?
Starting a VM when Ubuntu has not been previously suspended works fine.
