I get this often now... I created a Windows Appliance VM where all I run is Outlook (and google desktop) for email... however, whenever I click on other windows on the host, often times my unity window comes poping right over my Ubuntu window... the easiest way to avoid this problem is to minimize the Guest Windows...
Any workaround for this? other than NOT using unity?
