USB wont auto connect while the VM is running in Share mode

When I run my Windows 7 VM Workstation 10 in the Share mode it will not auto connect a USB License key, however if I run the VM outside of the Share mode it will auto connect.  I need to have the VM auto start thats why its in the Share mode and auto connect the USB key.  It will connect manually and it is reconized in the .vmx text file.  I tried the Knowledge Base and it said to type in a command in the .vmx file to skip-reset as well as skip-refresh and skip-setconfig none of that worked..

Shared VM's have a lot of limitation!  Have a look at Re: How to enable clipboard sharing for shared vms? as it covers them, including USB issues!
