In order to give you an advice, please provide some more information.

  • Do you need to access the VM from the host (on which network/subnet)?
  • Do you need to access the VM from other systems in the physical network?
  • Does the VM need network/Internet access?
  • Are both networks/subnets you mentioned virtual networks, or is one of them your physical network/subnet?

You unfortunately didn't answer all of my previous questions. Anyway, in order to communicate with other systems in the network (inbound and outbound) you will usually need to configure "Bridged" networking. However, two Bridged networks require two physical network adapters in the host system. In order for the VM's to communicate with each other (i.e. between different subnets) you also need a router, like in a physical network.
