Trouble to virtualize a sbs 2011 standard computer

Hi,

using vmware workstation 9.0.2 build 1031769 on win 8 pro 64 bits.

I would like to virtualize a (physical) Windows Small Business Server 2011.

=>

Virtualize a physical machine, type IP and credentials, next, choose destination folder, the pc (and my hdd) start to work during more than an hour, then I get a error message "The virtualization of "192.168.1.5" failed: an unexpected error occured.

Make sure that <domain>\<user> has privileged on  "192.168.1.5" and consult vmware workstation documentation for assistance.

If the problem persists, please contact VMWare Technical Support.

I looked into %temp%\log and didn't see any problem.

My disk was not full.

Is there any place where I would see the reason why it fails?

Is there any "pre-virtualization task" to run on the sbs computer?

Regards.

Have you confirmed that the user you are using has administrative priveledges on the SBS server? Can that user RDP to the SBS server?

Yes he can. The problem occurs after more than one hour, and during that time, datas are copied from the sbs to my virual machine (stored locally).

If I use a wrong user/pass, it doesn't even start and immediatly tells there is a problem. I also had to turn off the firewall on the sbs to allow the virtualization process to start.
