I need to transfer my licensed Workstation Pro from a Windows 10 machine to a Windows server 2019 machine. I copied all of the virtual machine folders and the original application over to the server. When I try to input my license key that I got off of my license page, I get "Invalid license key" error. Tier 1 chat support couldn't help as it was beyond their scope. I did see an option to create a folder in my license key page and move it to a new folder but I don't know if that will solve my issue. Does anyone know how to make this transfer before my trial runs out? That was Tier 1 's answer for me. Run as trial and input the key. When that didn't work, they gave up and said email tech support if you have a support contract, which I don't. A little help please?
