Touble installing workstation 8 on windows7 32-bit

Receiving a message that tells me there is a porblem installing 32-bit vm workstation 8 on a windows 7 32-bit CPU.  Where do I find BIOS settings(if any) and what are the min req for workstation 8 on a windows 7 32 bit OS - it tells me to look at the product release - I can't find that

Workstation 8 and Player 4 requires a 64bit CPU, the Windows can still be 32bit.

If you only have a 32bit cpu you could try an earlier version of workstation.
