Time incorrect in Guest vs Host

My Win7Pro Guest has an incorrect time that is three (3) hours (to the minute) later than the Host OS (Win10PRO)

FYI, I have an Intel  5i 4210U CPU; 64bit chip and Host and Guest OS.

I've reset the time many times in the Guest OS but to no avail.

I've reinstalled VMWare Tools and still no changes.

I have VMWare Tools Time Sync On.

What can I do or ????

Host always take time in UTC format

did you check box synch time with host in vm edit setting.(option tab)

Yes!  That's what I was attempting to convey with my comment of "Time Sync On" in the original explanation.

VM>Settings>Options tab>Synchronize Guest time with Host is checked....
