Throttleing Ports

Is it possible to throttle specific ports in VMware? Im specifically looking to throttle the bandwith on port 25/26 (SMTP).

Any ideas on how this can be acomplished?

I know you can create a team and throttle the bandwith to the whole machine, im looking to do it for a specific port.

Hello,

Welcome at the VMware communities forum.

There's no such feature in VMware Workstation itself. You'll either have to find a tool to do this in the guest OS, or you will have to add another VM, like firewall VM which has this capability and put it between your VM and the LAN.
