I understand you are upset. Software is complex and has bugs. To make it worse VMware are trying to chase a moving operating system target for both the host and the guest. I have found the community here helpful and it includes VMware experts who monitor it and give expert advice for free. I understand that support calls cost, the barrier is not high though and the reasons for it are fairly obvious. I have raised a call and found the response useful, solving my problem.
In your case, posting a log would be more helpful than the screenshot you showed. I don't work for VMware.
