The virtual machine is unable to reserve memory...

VMware workstation 7 on Windows 7 64bit.  Ran fine yesterday, suspended Ubuntu vm and now will no longer start.  Rebooted host to no avail.

I've googled and don't see a workaround.  Is there any way for me to recover from this?  I have collected the support files if it helps.  Attached is the vmware.log for starters.
