I tried using the command "vmware-vdiskmanager -R path\to\*.vmdk", it didn’t help

Can you confirm that all of the "Windows 10-cl1-s0xx.vmdk" (s001 .. s016) files exist?Other users reported issues with e.g. anti virus apps which quarantined .vmdk files, or issues with VM's that were stored in OneDrive replicated folders.
