Tech Preview expires in 9 days?

I am trying to test a Windows 7 host and Windows 7 guest. I just downloaded the tech preview (I assume Workstation 7) and entered the given serial number. It says only 9 days to expiration.

Is there a way to extend this, or re-activate it? or will the Wkstn 7 be available in 9 days?

The software will be updated for the next beta release and beta license keys will be come available.

Beta software should not be used in a production environment

In addition, you should have posted your question in the tech preview forum, not in the normal workstation forum 😉

Although I agree with you in principle, with the Workstation beta it is a little difficult, as you can only have one version on a host machine.

Where is the tech preview forum? I registered a few weeks back and got a serial number but I misplaced it. I need to get another serial number so I can get this registered so I can finished testing this out on my new laptop. Thanks...
