Strange situation with .vmem files

Hi,

i got a machine with 8 Gig phisical ram. I want every VM stays in ram.

So i set

1) The pagefile inside the VM to 0

2) mainMem.useNamedFile = "FALSE"

3) MemTrimRate = "0"

At first, the VM launched, starts as expected with no .vmem file created.

But after some time usage, it slows everything down and i find a .vmem file of the size of the VM memory (say 2gig) created inside the directory.

I can't do nothing in order to avoid the creation of the .vmem wich makes the VM unusable,

I'm going crazy!

Some help in order to avoid the creation of the .vmem FOREVER?

I'm on Windows 2003 32bit Ent as host.

Thanks!
