This may be hard to explain, so here it goes:
I've got Workstation installed on an XP host. I've then installed an XP based VM. When using that VM in fullscreen mode, the first program I start up (say wordpad for example) will keep jumping back into focus should I open any other program ... it is as though the system constantly wants the first application launched to have focus. This only only happens in fullscreen mode.
When I am talking 'focus', I am making a common programming reference where the application window in question gets pushed to the front/top of the stack, so that it is visible over the other programs that are open at the time.
This does not happen in a Win2k VM I have installed on the same host machine.
Any ideas?
