Snapshot removal failed due to out of diskspace

Hello!

I tried to delete a snapshot in Workstation 10 but it failed because I ran out of diskspace - fair enough BUT it DID delete the snaphot icon.

Now I have freed diskspace to be able to remove the snapshot but how do I do that when the icon is missing?

I cannot just clone the VM to a new place because I need the other snapshots!

I have about 20 snapshots so how do I even know which of them it is?

Best regards,

I've found the same. It's not a good behavior from the software, because it leaves doubts: it's not deleted, but how can I delete it?

I think that if it fails it should leave the icon to try again after having freed the space.

A possible workaround is: create another snapshot, somewhere inside the machine snapshot tree, and then delete it.

For what I could see looking at disk space, after this deletion the used space goes lower than before the creation. I suppose that this operation triggers the effective deletion of the disappeared snapshot. Furthermore, this deletion takes a long time, while a

"create and soon delete" should be very quick.
