I'm running Workstation Pro 12 on a Windows 10 Pro x64 notebook. I have a Windows 7 guest and created a shared VM so I can access it with my desktop. On my VMware home page under Library, the VM guest is showing up under My Computer and Shared VMs. I don't remember seeing that in the prior version. Both are pointing to the same file. I'm not sure if this is a problem as I was having issues activating "Enable Sharing".
Does it make a difference as to which VM I select since they both point to the same file? I'm having problems connecting USB devices with the link under Shared VMs so I'd rather just use the My Computer link. Thanks.
