Server 2016 evaluation licence issue preventing installation.

I'm am trying to install Server 2016 evaluation onto a VM. During setup I'm getting the below error regarding the licence. Does anybody know what this means?

What is the memory size you have allocated to this VM. Make sure it's 1GB at least.

I'm pretty sure I allocated 4GB...

Do not select  ISO while creating VM and Set this option - I will install OS later.

Once Vm created - right click on VM  go to option CD/DVD - set ISO path from here . then power on and try booting server and let me know

I'm not seeing the CD/DVD set ISO path in the right click menu...

Click on setting Bro....then you will get CD/DVD option.

Thanks I see it and Server appears to be installing now.
