Server 2012 r2 mice and keys for start button stops working

Hi all,

I have w/s 15.5.5, and for some strange reason recently my mouse and keyboard stops working(intermittently) when clicking or hitting the start button on my guest vm 2012 r2, I searched around for this and found out you can remove the dvd and then re-adding it, it somehow fixes it, but it's temporary, after I logout, and back in, the mouse and start key don't work again, has anyone seen this or know of any existing issues on the latest build of workstation 15.5.
