So I have been using it on my new laptop for a while and put Windows 10 LTSC, and Windows 11 (ReviOS but same thing) and my screen was tearing in both of them.
On my previous laptop is was fine.
The screen tearing happens in windowed mode and exclusive mode. In full screen mode but not exclusive mode, the screen tearing stops.
Specs:
CPU - i5 8250U
RAM - 16 GB
SSD - M.2 NVME SSD
GPU - Intel UHD 620
