Rename files on Shared Folders not possible with Tools greater 8.1.0

Hallo..

I use Workstation 7.0.1.

If i want to rename an File on my Shared folders, it is not possible in VM´s with Tools 8.1.3 and 8.1.4.

I become an message "file in use" or "could not find File".

If i use a VM with Tools 8.1.0 in it all works normal.

What can i do ??

Host is Windows XP

Guests are Windows XP and Windows 2000

FWIIW:

I am running tools 8.1.4, build 227600 and have no such problems.

I am running Ubuntu 9.10 Host ( 64 bit) and the VM I am running at the moment is a Win7 32 bit guest.

Sounds like an AntiVirus conflict. What AV do you have installed on your Host and Guest? Try temporarily disabling your AV to see if things start to work.

I switched of Firewall and AV and it does not help.
