Reg:OEL 5 is shutting down automatically

Folks,

I am facing issue with OEL5  whic is shutting down automatically.

MY environment:

1.OEL 5 on VM with apps12 hostname --> Machine 1

2OEL5 on VM with apps12a hostname --> Machine2

Machine one is shutting down automaticall. Is there any reason?

First machine is working filne if not start second machine.

First machine(Not accessable ) is going down if start the second machine.

Were you able to resolve this?

I saw a similiar issue and the problem was with the underlying blade hardware putting the server in sleep mode. The fix was an update to the BIOS in the hardware.
