Record/Replay is not supported on your processor

Whenever I try to run Record on my VM I received the error message: "Record/Replay is not supported on your processor. See the online help for a list of supported processors. Unable to enter Record/Replay mode."

My computer is a Dell T5500 with Xeon E5620 cpu. I have enabled intel virtualization in BIOS.

Version: 7.1.0 build-261024

Host OS: Win 7 Ultimate 64bit

Guest OS: Win XP Pro 32bit

Any help on how to work through this issue would be appreciated.

Incase anyone else is interested:

The Record/Replay feature does not currently support the Xeon E5620 processor.

I have put in a future feature request.

Record/Replay is very specific to the host's processor features - model-specific performance counters, even model-specific processor errata. Record/Replay uses more exotic processor features than the average operating system. The supported hardware list is quite fixed, unfortunately. Sorry.

I am having the same issue on a intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700.
