Pretty sure this requires ESXi/vSphere, never heard of Workstation supporting it.

Thanks @scott28tt I am thinking the same, just wanted to confirm if there is anything we can do on the VMWare Workstation Pro to ensure or increase IOPS for VMs?

 

Or maybe VMWare Workstation Pro is by default providing maximum IOPS for any installed VM?
