Problem with VMWare Workstation 8 Installation

I got this error when install VMWare Workstation 8

How can I fix it?

Whether yes or no, it gives me this

and then nothing happen

Looks like your temp path has 2 issues - first, it's fairly long; second, there is an odd character in it.

Try changing your %TEMP% environment variable to a simple C:\TEMP, or C:\Windows\Temp.

" Minh Tri' " is my name and Windows accepted so I guess that username is fine

but look like VMware dont think so Smiley Sad

It's not just Workstation... a lot of installers out there have issues with spaces or odd characters in the path, or long paths.  Usually the first thing I do with a Windows PC is remove the user-specific %TEMP% and %TMP% variables and leave just the system ones.
