Problem with ThinPrint from Linux Mint 19.3

Hello All,

I'm testing the latest Linux Mint (v19.3) as a guest under VMware Worksation v15.5.1, hosted by WIndows v10.0 Build 18363. I have an HP 8710 printer connected to the host via USB. Also, VIrtual Printers are enabled in the VM Host, and the VMware Tools And Virtual Printer are installed in the guests.

Everything works as expected when I print a document from a Windows 7 guest.  However, when printing from the Linux guest, the print job appears and then disappears in the host printer queue, but doesn't actually print.  The Linux guest is unaware of the issue, and thinks that the print job was successful.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
