Problem with NAT

Hello, I recently started using VM Ware workstation and I definitely like it but now I have a problem with NAT.

On my notebook I use windows 7 and VM Ware workstation 7.0.0 in which I run Backtrack 4 (Linux).

On this Backtrack Operating system I have created a html file, I also run apache.

With the "port forwarding" option I've linked port 8080 to the VM ware IP address.

On my windows 7 I now can connect with my browser to: "my windows 7 IP address":8080/file.html, so this works fine.

But now I want to connect to this html file on vmware from another computer on my lan. And this doesnt work.

I dont know what IP address I should connect to and maybe do some port/nat configurations?

How can I configure Nat so I can use another pc on my lan to connect to the html file in my vmware workstation on my windows 7 notebook?

Can someone help me? See pictures for nat configuration.

Thanks, Hanna

Welcome to the forums!

You setup looks fine. In general you should be able to connect to the guest by using

=Send "Posting" to 911 for only $999999,99!=
