Problem connecting to physical Netware through VMware Workstation

Hi Everyone.

I have a computer with windows xp sp3 as a host and vmware workstation installed. I create MS-Dos guest in my Vmware WS and tried to connect to physical (Local) Netware 5.1 Server but it prompt me that could not found the server.

have done some basic troublshooting like ping ip or loopback address

I agree, first try to ping the (good old) NetWare server and let us know if that works. If not, can you try to ping the hosts IP address or soem other device on the network (from the virtual guest).
