Possible? Unique screens for remote VMware Workstation Pro users connecting to the same Shared Virtual Machine hosted on a Workstation Server

When multiple remote VMware Workstation Pro users connect to the same Shared Virtual Machine hosted on a Workstation Server, can they see unique screens?

Workstation Server can be used to host a shared virtual machine as documented in:

https://pubs.vmware.com/ws8/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=using_ws/GUID-CACF4B1E-4611-4CAD-...

However, when we try having multiple people connect to the hosted shared VM using multiple remote VMware Workstation Pro clients, they all see the same screen and they can all see what is going on in that screen (e.g. like everyone looking over someone's shoulder at one computer monitor— they will all see the same thing).

Is it possible for each of the multiple remotely connected VMware Workstation Pro users to log in to the hosted VM and use it uniquely (as if they were logged into Windows as different users and be able to do things independent of all the other people)?

I would expect, only if the VM has a Terminal Server mode to allow multiple distinct logins simultaneously.

Are you  thinking they are connecting through RDP? Because the workstation is a represenatation of the physical screen, and through that method how would windows provide unique logins. Through RDP with the terminal server role installed you can have unique logins, but I'm quite sure connecting through the workstation console you cannot.
